Description
You will own day-to-day social presence for health and wellness brands — planning calendars, writing captions, and replying to real people in real time. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the conversation, not just the content calendar.
Responsibilities
Plan and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Brief, review, and approve content produced by the creative team.
Community management — respond to comments and DMs within brand tone.
Report weekly performance against agreed KPIs.
Support campaign launches with countdown, teaser, and live content.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media or content work.
Strong written Bahasa Indonesia and working English.
Solid understanding of platform algorithms and content formats.
Detail-obsessed and comfortable with a weekly reporting rhythm.
Portfolio of work you are proud of is a strong plus.
